BMW X1 all went fine. Saturday service hours was the main reason we chose Braman. Would have been nice to have donuts, bagels or muffins available for customers.

Car serviced at BRAMAN BMW in Miami FL ON 5/32/19 My car was ready ahead of schedule, which I greatly appreciated Kevin in the rental DEPT at Braman BMW in Miami FL was excellent and went above and beyond. My service rep, Armando was also great. At first he told me the car might not be ready for a couple of days, but he too went out of his way to make sure the order for the replacement tire was placed timely and the car was ready the same day I brought it in. MUCH APPRECIATED!

Brake oil I was getting the oil in brakes changed and squeaky sound that the car was making, As always the service was excellent and the service rep Maruf Muchallah was exceptional and very professional.
