"We have had our BMW SUV serviced here for over four..." We have had our BMW SUV serviced here for over four years. We have been extremely happy. However this past Saturday in the time of Covid we were not happy with the mask mandate of the city and the dealership not being enforced. Management needs to assign a specific individual who will politely advise people that they need to wear a mask while inside the dealership. All of the employees wore masks.

"The service department was exceptional. The employees..." The service department was exceptional. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, went out of their way to be helpful. They told me before hand how much the service would cost and the amount of time it would take. It cost a bit less than expected and was completed earlier.
