Ryan was fine to work with, however I've had much better service at more reasonable rates, especially from Lexus. $145 for a full service inspection is insane when all other dealers, including Lexus, do it for free! I understand the Covid complications - an oil change, some filters and a voucher for auto wash for $519, what a smoking deal!
