I have been having my car serviced there for 4 years and never disappointed. When I need to purchase a new car this will be the dealership of my choice.

I trust the maintenance on my car being performed. I like the paperwork you get when you’re car is done. They are honest about upcoming maintenance costs. You can prepare for that better.

"My BMW328D broke down during my cross country trip. Ryan..." My BMW328D broke down during my cross country trip. Ryan was able to get me booked into the system at the last minute. They ran the diagnostics on my car early next morning but didn't have the parts in stock. Performed scheduled maintenance service and got me on my way after cleared the codes. "Online appointment was not in their system, had to come..." Online appointment was not in their system, had to come back later in the day. The oil change I had done finished after they closed so I got there later than normal and didn’t get the receipt for my records. Two days later I got a pamphlet in the mail to have almost half off an oil change. Needless to say it wasn’t the best experience and I’m hoping they can honor the oil change discount since I won’t be back there for a while.
