"Incredible service" We had problems with our AC on our new 2019 X3 M40 i BMW. After having repaired several times both in Boise and in Palm Desert it continued to go out. We were at our whits end. After writing management at Peterson BMW Boise they offered to come and get the car (2 1/2 hour drive away) give us a loaner and promised to get BMW USA involved to define the problem. With in one week the found the root problem, fixed it the delivered the car back to us. We have had no additional problems with the AC

"Excellent Customer Service" Ryan hands down checks all the boxes for providing excellent customer service. He is trustworthy, professional and keeps you in the loop throughout your service experience. When I dropped off my car at 8am he was prepared and ready for me following up with updates throughout the day.
