"When we took our car to Ryan, we were not sure if we..." When we took our car to Ryan, we were not sure if we really had an issue but wanted to make sure the car was safe. We are not extremely knowledgeable about cars but felt something might be wrong. Ryan listened and took our concerns seriously. He then explained to us what could cause our concerns and then thoroughly explained what was done to get the car in perfect condition for safe driving. Our experience with Peterson BMW has been beyond excellent

"Outstanding Service Experience" My BMW 325Xi was serviced and given a thorough vehicle check while I waited. Ryan provided consistently outstanding management of my service experience throughout my wait in the showroom, including providing me with a text to send him any questions, comments or concerns while I waited. My car was finished in time for me to get to my appointment in Eagle. Everything went like clockwork and I am very impressed with the service I was given.

I parked there to get help. The service was done relatively quick and at a competitive price. I got a good explanation on the repare options. The engine was cleaned well after the repare. The only issue I had was the proactive update on the status of the initial troubleshooting. I had to call the service myself to get the update.

Customer service was very good. would bring my car back for service, however, we are in WA. so will have to have repairs done locally.
