"Great service" Brent clearly explained everything that needed to be done and how much it was going to cost. The work was done quickly. I especially liked the report of all the inspection items that were looked at. Overall a very good experience.

"Great service responsiveness" During a routine service, additional work involving safety and performance was detected that required multiple hours to accomplish. Service offered a loaner so that customer could maintain other activities while the vehicle is being repaired. This is the type of service that creates loyalty.

"Trying times during the pandemic " I took my BMW M40I X3 in for a service during the pandemic of 2020, and must say the steps they have in place to keep us safe are wonderful. At no time did I feel my safety and social distance was compromised. I’m a nurse for a local hospital and can tell you there aseptic technique is great. I whiteness a detail attendant wipe down all high contact surfaces not once but twice while waiting for my vehicle. "The staff was very nice and friendly. The time to fix my..." The staff was very nice and friendly. The time to fix my car was very quick. I liked that I was able to see all the activities performed on my car through the online inspection report...without a ton of paper printed/to take home.

"Generally a nice first experience. Brett was..." Generally a nice first experience. Brett was professional and accommodating. Very cordial and thorough as it related to what my service needs were. They were able to address 2 of the 5 items. The other 3 are difficult to solve, “ghost in the machine” type electronic issues. Manhattan BMW had the same difficulty and did not solve. Overall a nice experience.

"great" My experience was great. My service was taken care of right away and they changed the oil, checked all the fluids and I think they checked the brakes also.
