John was really helpful and amazing to work with. Helped me with returning my old car and getting me into a new car. Although the process took a couple of days, they were able to accommodate me even with my tight schedule.
It was a pleasure buying the car from Anita Lee. She's funny, really knows her stuff, very easy to get along with and most importantly, listens to you and treats you with respect. We ended up buying a Certified Pre-Owned car and spent 2+ hours looking at the car. I had a great experience shopping for a new car at Center BMW. After haggling all around town for months, I emailed Center regarding an X5 I was interested in. We had a few email exchanges and quickly (and I mean quickly!) reached lease terms we were both happy with. I have been shopping for a car for a while and my uncle referred Anita to me because he recently bought a car from her. She is very knowledgeable and extremely responsive.
