I made my first call that was answered by an friendly operator, who then transfered me to Oxana and from there I felt connected, she guided me well through the whole process.

They go above and beyond to ensure that my car is in great shape and repaired at a great price. I am always greeted with a smile, and I leave with a perfectly fixed and spotlessly cleaned car. If alternative transportation is necessary during repairs, it is easily and graciously provided. I would never trust my car with anyone else.
I have been looking for a 6-Speed Manual Transmission car for a while. After driving all over LA and getting nowhere with dealers who claimed they had a Manual Car in the inventory, but didn't. i finally called Center and talked Oxana. She gave me the final pricing on my 340I with M Package and 528I fully optioned. She got the 528I transferred in in no time and we got both cars. I was so pleased by her that, i took my friends back with in a day or 2 to get a car from her.
I had some issues getting in touch with the dealership, but Oxana took control of the situation and personally helped solve the problem. She ordered the car i wanted at a great price and delivered it 1 week ahead of schedule.
Shahe is an excellent service rep. He is very knowledgeable of the product (BMW) gives you honest answers, Explains things so you can understand Them. I bought 2 BMW'S at other Dealerships and bring them to Shahe for service. Need I have to Say more!!!!
