Anita at Center BMW helped me out after I contacted her team online about a 428 I was interested in. I had told them what time I would be there, which was an hour before they closed, and Anita was waiting for me and we quickly got to test driving the car. Not having to wait and having an associate assist quickly was a huge plus. Good experience. Finance department was quick and honest. Anita, in the internet sales department, was excellent as well. Lease return department was nice and fair also.
Anita was very prompt with responses and upfront during the process. Did not get any unexpected surprises. She was funny and friendly towards my girlfriend and myself. I would recommend working with Anita, especially if you want someone who is straight to the point.

The entire process was simple and comfortable. I usually cringe when it comes to car dealerships but this is the first time where I can say that I enjoyed the car buying experience. Anita and Sharon were personable, honest, and very friendly. They were both very accommodating. I would definitely refer anyone interested in a BMW here.
