"Great service " Jimmy Costakos made my car shopping expirence very special and great. This was the first time I bought a car from a dealership and was really nervous that the sales person would just try to sell to me. Jimmy answered all my questions, was friendly, and made me feel very comfortable about my purchase. I will definetly recommend this dealership and will be back in the future for my second car. "Great dealership experience" Simon was my Client Advisor for my 535I purchase. As I mentioned to him that he communicated with me that the original car that I was looking at was sold, but something similar had been recently traded in to the dealership. Those are great customer service skills. The rest is history. I am enjoying my 2011 535I.
"Outstanding" Justin is the only reason i continue to purchase my bmw at this dealership. This is my third bmw and Justin has always been friendly, courteous , very knowledgeable . Justin always listens to what the customer wants and doesn't try to sell you a car you do not want. He is a true asset to your dealership.
"The right amount of Easy" Buying our X1 was just the right amount of "Easy" . As an owner of 2 previous BMWs my husband had done his research when it came time to buy a new small SUV for me. Milton Rogers recognized quickly that we knew what we wanted and made it easy to make it happen. I'll be the first to say that under usual circumstances I don't get excited about cars. But I LOVE this one!
