Purchased a pre owned vehicle and the service was great the price was even better and they have a lot of perks in the service department to keep you on your day to day without the hassle of having no transportation during a service appointment. Highly recommended dealership specifically the Newport dealership.
My experience at BMW of Newport was like no other! Everyone was so friendly, informative and really made me feel comfortable while I was in the decision making process. I traveled from Boston to work with them (and avoid the Boston area BMW dealers). A smaller dealership that provides personal attention and is helpful without being pushy.
