I was referred to BMW Newport by a colleague who brought a vehicle from them and he's given me awesome feedback about his experiences there. Outstanding team! Just stopped in to make appt. for routine service for X3 purchased here less than 1 year ago. While husband was inside, I looked at cars on lot. Justin Moniz is very easy to work with. I was driving an older X5 and wanted more features in a new one. On my second visit to the dealership, Justin had two cars, parked next to each other, that had all of the upgrades I was interested in. I was in a rush to get back in a car after a write off and didn’t need to waste time. Just cut to the chase. I was checking out cars on the lot at Newport, Milton came and engaged, nice style and he completely understood my needs. Quick test drive and some straight talking and we had a deal. Wish everyone selling cars was like him. Good communicator, didn’t push anything he knew I had already discounted and listened to his customer. Wish I could buy a car from him every week! Fun guy to work with. Asset to the team.
