BMW Service Team is top notch. Ken took me as a walk-in because my car was not starting consistently. He arranged a round trip ride with Austin and kept me updated on the status of my car. The staff assessed the car, did a safety check and got my battery back to normal the same day. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the excellent personal service from my BMW team.
