Winter tires and oil change Good communication about the status of vehicle. They added service needed per key screening- oil change. Knowledgeable advisors very appreciated. Delivered service on time.
Hassle free, very courteous and quick turnaround I live in Canada, about 3hours north of Traverse City. The experience was hassle free. I met the driver of the loaner that was provided and then when my vehicle was repaired we exchanged vehicles. No issues at all.

A nice dealership experience. Friendly and professional staff, very accommodating. They were able to shuttle me to nearby friends house no problem to wait for the repairs to be finished. Then, after they finished, they shuttled me back to the dealership.
