Good service department with quality workmanship Dropping off and picking up my car is very fast and efficient. The paperwork is always ready. Loaner car is also ready as promised with no waiting for it to brought up to the front. Also my car was washed and cleaned perfectly.
A pleasure to take my car in for service here! Friendly, courteous, helpful and good work. I am also grateful the wonderful cleanup of my car. We do not have a decent carwash where I live and it was in dire need of help.

Top notch service Very friendly and helpful attitude from the parts department to the service department. They manage to equip my car with snow tires a few hours before our first major snowfall. And they gave me a loaner!
Traverse City BMW Good recommendations for additional maintenance needs beyond the reason to bring the vehicle in for a recall (air bag.) Liked the loaner x5 vehicle too, perhaps too much (perhaps in our future.)
