great people outstanding service It is the best place in town to take your car. Get you right in, get the work done give the car a wash your good to go.
Great dealership in all areas The customer service was outstanding from the service department to Chris Pratt who sold me another car when my BMW 328i xDrive sedan was totaled. The dealership loaned me a car for a week while the insurance appraiser did his work and Chris found me a great used 2015 Audi A3 that had come in on trade. While not a BMW it is a very nice car and will handle my needs for a few years.
Great Service Kept me informed on what time frame was for diagnostics. Went over what was needed for repairs. No pressure. Ken Matthews was nice, friendly, and answered all my questions. Everyone at the facility was nice. You have a great service team.
Service department second to none Scheduled the service appointment quickly. Really appreciate having the car delivered to my home (30 miles away) after service was performed.

Old fashioned service Customer service increasingly seems to be a thing of the past, but not at BMW. Their service people are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The work is done right and done in time.
