Attention to Details I stopped getting cars from dealerships. Instead, I bought or leased via CarTelligent for the past decade. my experience with San Rafael's BMW dealership. They moved fast, had many options in stock, in-house financial services, and a concierge to instruct me on all the cool options. Gracious and extremely competent salesperson, start to finish - easy. And FAST.

Navigation System Rommel was extremely helpful. He explains things so that it's easy to understand. And, he makes you feel good about the question you ask him.
Absolute pleasure to work with Gus and Sam were extremely diligent in the whole leasing process from providing details of the car to even getting it delivered to Southern California. I cannot speak highly enough of both of these two as they answered all my questions at all times of the day and provided great service along with a great deal on my car.
