It's the little things that count. A less than great review... But on completion of my first one year scheduled service for my 2017 BMW i3, I would've expected a slight bit more. More being... that my $55,000 car would've been wash and vacuumed as part of the service. That was not the case. It's the little things that count, that the customer like myself will remember.
