Responsive & Transparent with the Numbers Just got my 2018 X3 M40i and loving it. Luis was very helpful in making sure my needs were met and in a timely manner. He laid out all the numbers for me to see all the critical figures that drove the total cost. He also provided guidance around the tradeoffs in terms of how much money to put down. Great experience!!! The sales person, Luis, was so helpful throughout the process. We came from out of town and he was very accommodating with answering all my questions and sending additional pics/video of the car before our arrival. We arrived to find everything exactly as he had said it was. The staff was very professional and worked hard to make our experience good. I recommend Luis and San Rafael BMW to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
Best experience Luis Chinchilla is the guy to go to when you need to buy a BMW. He is very professional and his product knowledge is amazing. I live an hour away and so I have to be sure all my questions were met before I head out to the dealership. Luis not only answered all my questions but take the time out to send more pictures and videos to make sure I was satisfied with the car. The process was quick, easy and hassle-free.
