Excellent experience! Jason was awesome. He was very helpful and happy to answer every question we had. He was also willing to spend as much time as we needed to make the correct vehicle choice. The dealership is modern and comfortable and there is never any pressure to buy.
Professional & Accomadating I seriously went in the dealership ready to leave with a car, however it was the service that really helped me make up my mind. Regular maintenance check and oil change First time having our BMW X5 serviced here. I was greeted warmly by everyone and had great experience. We have a part broken and they are ordering a replacement and running it through warranty - no questions asked.
Preventative maintenance Brought vehicle in for standard oil change and tire rotation. Staff were very friendly and informative. The maintenance was done in a timely manner. I would have rated 5 stars but upon receiving my vehicle I notice some paint chipped on my door handle not previously there. It is fairly noticeable to me,
I'm always happy with the service I receive at Park place. Josh always takes care of me and my cars. I trust his judgment and no he's looking out for me. I've never had any issues with the results from Park Place Motors.

new car purchase Tim my salesperson was very informed about the new car. The car is much more complex than any I've owned before and he repeatedly answered questions I had. He even came to my home to sync the garage door opener with my door and answered additional questions. All people I encounterd at the dealership were friendly and helpful. Great organization! I look forward to the car being as good as the dealership
Great experience as always. I'm always pleased with the services they provide, there fast and friendly courtesy vans are very much appreciated. The work done to my vehicle is excellent, and picking up my vehicle that has just been washed is a nice touch.
