Very friendly and thorough Kevin was great about getting everything fixed. He explained what was necessary and what was optional. When things couldn't get done immediately I was offered a loaner. Great job.

Service is always done quick and never unsatisfied with work Always informative and quick. I like my visits to be easy and Kevin does exactly that. The service is always what needs to be done and i never get hassled into more unless necessary.
Accommodating I scheduled my appointment online but realized I had chosen the wrong date. I called right away in the morning to see if I could get my car in that afternoon. The service department was very accommodating and I got in! Very thankful for their willingness to help!!
Outstanding experience My wife and I came into the Rochester dealership motivated to purchase a gently-used car and Jason Newton picked up on this right away, but was never pushy. He made sure that we were comfortable with our experience and had no interest in stretching our budget beyond what we felt comfortable with.
