Improvements could be made The only thing I don't care for when I drop my vehicle off is no one welcomes me, I don't even know who I'm supposed to go to for help as everyone just keeps working or ignores you. I went to another dealership before I bought my VW and they would be waiting to say hi the minutes I got out of my vehicle. Not as friendly and informative service as I would expect.

Purchase of Audi Q5. Entire experience was great. Always greeted by sales personnel who were prompt and friendly. Never any high pressure sales tactics. My main sales person Ashwin Kushwaha was fantastic. Very knowledgable. Patient. Always available. Felt that he was always working to find the car that was best for me rather than simply trying to make a sale.

Bought used vehicle Everyone was very professional and helpful!! They were very fair in pointing out a scuff on the front bumper that I didn't see. They will fix for me free of charge. I hadn't noticed it. Jeff and Mac suggested a vehicle that would be good for me after I decided I no longer wanted to keep putting money into my 2006 beetle. I got a 2015 beetle with only 8,000 miles on it and got it for a great price!!
