Buying a BMW X1 at Park Place motors was great A pleasant experience all round. No high pressure sales pitch. New car AND new friends! Me and my husband stopped by Luther Park Place Motors to pass the time by checking out the new cars. recall notice Got a recall notice in the mail, so took our vehicle in for repairs. Kevin was very helpful, and extremely courteous. The necessary repairs were made and another helpful service was provided. We discussed some concerns with Kevin, who suggested ways to improve our vehicle's performance. This is our second vehicle purchased at Park Place Motors, and we will return for our next purchase when the time comes. The staff here is #1
Excellent service I very much enjoyed buying my car there. The woman who sold it to me got me and kept me very excited throughout the whole thing. It made it a lot more fun and exciting for me. I was bummed that it was having problems a few weeks into having bought it. But we brought it in on Saturday (service was closed on Saturday and Sunday) and they had it done on Monday a few hours after they first looked at it. I'm happy the problem got fixed so quickly.
Great Service I had no intention of buying a car but my Son happened to find a used Mercedes at Park place Motor. Stopped by, test drove it, and came home with a beautiful 2009 Mercedes C300. The process was by far the best experience I have had buying a car. Eric Jensen did a great job. Thank you.
Friendly and helpful Jon was a wonderful sales man. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We also had the pleasure of working with Rob in finance. He was kind and he truly had our best interest in mind. I would definitely go back.
