Fantastic warranty, Pre-judged, under-informed Paul Cushman was a helpful and non-judgemental salesman, who got me the car I wanted pretty quickly. Unfortunately, I do not think Kias are his usual sale because he didn't have a whole lot to tell me about the car. I had done my own research though and was very confident in the car I purchased. I was offered an extended warranty by Dan who sent out my loan application, and was able to get me approved at a lower rate than my bank. The warranty offered seemed well worth the price... read more
The best in customer service. Park Place continues to impress. I recently had my BMW in for a repair under warranty. I live an hour away from the dealership, yet making arrangements for this repair couldn't have been easier. I arrived to find an outstanding loaner car full of gas and ready to get me back home in the comfort of my own car. The repair was completed quickly and my car was given back washed. Just more reasons we are happy we chose Park Place. Great staff +great products=a great experience.

Awesome Service I purchased my car used from another dealership. I wanted to establish a relationship with a BMW dealer for service issues and inquired to Park Place Motors. AJ Jedlicka of the service department was beyond helpful. After giving him some information regarding my car he informed I had 10 months of free service. New BMW 35i X3 Buying my new BMW from Park Place Motors was very a very simple and enjoyable experience. I was very pleased with Paul--a no pressure sales person. Once I had ordered my X3, I was quite excited and BMW couldn't build it fast enough. When it arrived and I saw it for the first time, it was love at first sight. The vehicle was ready when I got there to pick it up, and Paul did an excellent job of explaining all the bells and whistles. I would certainly shop at Park Place again.
