2013 R Beetle Purchase experience at LPPM I had researched R Beetles, never saw one in person--only on the internet. Eric found an R beetle of my choice of color and arranged for its arrival at their dealership. He showed me the car. Recent visit Although I am not good with remembering names--the service manager was approachable and very helpful. The cashier was friendly and explained everything very well. Even the courtesy vans were clean the the drivers were easy to talk to and had great conversations with them which made the ride to and from my home fast.
Unexpected delight! I was informed that the factory recall repair on my vehicle would take approx. one hour. After 30 minutes in a very comfortable customer lounge, that was very well stocked with a variety of hot and cold drinks, snacks, TV news and an assortment of magazines and papers, I was informed my vehicle was finished being serviced and that they were just cleaning it up. 5 minutes later, they came back and got me, I took care of the paperwork and was out of the service department in under 45 minutes.
Great customer service Paul Cushman helped us find the new 2014 BMW that fits our needs. He was very kind, friendly, and very helpful. When picking the vehicle up, he was informed, respectful and made the entire process the fastest, easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience we have ever had. Used Jetta Sportswgaen I was shopping for a used vehicle that was family friendly and provided good gas mileage whila also having an excellent reputation as a long lasting vehicle. Jenna Christensen was great. She helped my husband and I find the right car for our family, that would also provide the gas mileage I preferered. She spent a lot of time with us, was always friendly and helpful. I would recommend her to my friends.
