Salesman listened to meet our needs I needed to puchase a new or used car. Park Place Motors was excellent in letting me test drive several vehicles to help me narrow down my choice. Frank was excellent in listening to us about what we were looking for in a vehicle. There was never any pressure to purchase from them.
Great Service! We recently bought a used car at Park Place Motors in Rochester. The whole process went very smoothly. Every employee that we came in contact with throughout the buying process of our '09 VW Jetta was very friendly and helpful. Awesome car buying experience!! I love my new car!! The people at Park Place were so professional and polite ~ no high pressure sales like at other car dealerships. Everyone there was so patient and helpful!! Everyone even stayed passed closing to help me. Great ordering and buying process I worked with Jon Faruolo during my recent 2013 BMW X1 ordering and buying process. They worked with me and compared 2 buying programs, USAA and Costco to determine the better deal. Jon was always responsive to my questions during the buying process. Good price, good process ... Great experience Bought a new Audi and their pricing model made it easy and fair, and definitely worth the drive from Minneapolis. They also gave me a fair trade in value with a good explanation for how they determined the value of my trade. Nice facilities, good prices, and a staff that believes in customer service.
