KRistie Kia service manager (I think Kevin) kept me informed of progress as I was waiting for my car. It did take longer than I thought it would but it helped that I did not feel forgotten. The salesman that sold me the car-Eric also stopped by several times to chat and checked on progress. SInce I was there for 2 hours, I would have loved a snack, but that is maybe just me.....
