Quality of service Purchasing from Luther Park Place Motors was a wonderful experience. From the initial Phone contact to set up an appointment right through the financing. Our sales associate Almin was knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. We would recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a vehicle, and more important we would recommend a Kia to everyone. Great customer service! My husband and I drove 70 miles to look at Kia Souls. The salesman Ron called us from the information that I left online the night before.I told Ron that we were on our way there. He stated that he would pull out a few for us to test drive when we would arrive. He let us test drive without him riding along and answered all questions and never rushed us at all. He even pulled out a car for us to drive. We did purchase a 2013 Kia Soul in the color I even wanted. Great experience.
Very Responsive to Need Salesman made an extra effort of find an Audi A4 with features we wanted. He found our car on a ship heading for port that was destined for another dealer and negoiated a swap of cars with that dealer.

A Good Repair Trip Service with a smile is what I got when I went to Park Place in Rochester, MN. Besides fixing my fuse, the vehicle was cleaned and I received special attention when Kevin helped me set up my new phone. The shuttle driver was very friendly and I enjoyed visiting with him.
First year service We brought our 2011 Kia Rio 5 to Park Place Motors in Rochester, MN for an oil/filter change and tire rotation, and overall inspection of operational parts and fluids. We were treated with great respect and went over every detail of service our car would receive, even going the "extra mile" in asking if they could wash our car when finished. During the inspection they found our visors were in need of replacing for newer models (at no charge). We will definitely return to Park Place for continued service.
