Experienced a few long wait times during the experience. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and found us a vehicle that met our needs. The visit to get the second key was very poor as we were told to be at dealership at 11 am, the key maker arrived at 1:40 pm.

The inspection was very thorough and helpful as they... The inspection was very thorough and helpful as they found a bad battery and I had a new battery in that only 6 months old so I was able to get a free battery. They also unexpectedly washed my car and did a beautiful job. I'm thankful. At the time I was thinking why is this taking so long I didn't ask to have my car washed. But they did a beautiful job to my surprise.
