He was consistently honest as well. After the sale, he helped me get my technology set up. He was a patient teacher and really went the extra mile to ensure that I was comfortable with everything and that everything was working. Audi Q7 Exceptional customer service and attention to detail...salesperson, Max Klingerman was a pleasure to work with. COVID-19 changed the timing of things but we were updated regularly by Max at the dealership and Audi via email status reports. The whole buying experience was professional and fun!!!
