As soon as I was browsing around on the lot for a vehicle, Geoff walks out in less than 5 minutes to help me. Everything from beginning to end was excellent! Contact, appointment, wait time, loaner and shop work all... Contact, appointment, wait time, loaner and shop work all completed as requested. Service manager kept me in the loop concerning the progress and expected cost. No surprises.
Service was completed on a time and professional manner. All work was completed while I waited however the detailing/car wash area is the only reason this was not a five star experience. The use of brushes to wash and squeegees to dry cars some of which cost north of $100,000 is not in good practice with common detail processes that these cars deserve.
