45K service + coolant pump recall on 2016 Audi Q5 Service was done efficiently and completed on time as promised. Staff were all very courteous and attentive. I was updated as service progressed. Excellent experience.

Efficient, friendly, service oriented Their customer service is impeccable. I drive in from la Crescent and ask for the shuttle to take me to Costco while I wait. It is never a problem for them even though on the return trip the shuttle driver helps load 3 boxes of groceries. The car servicing is excellent and thorough.

Good service! They called to let me know it's time to do schedule for oil change. That's good and I could get schedule for that quickly.
No hassle One day in and out to replace parts shown to be failing during previous inspection. Car is running great and safely thanks to some predictive maintenance. Very busy place but was able to get in reasonably quick to have the work done.
