After many years of receiving service... We have purchased many cars over the years at Park Place Motors and have always received excellent service from them, whether we had an Audi or a BMW. Joshua has taken care of our Audi's and always treated us in a very personable manner. He really works for us whenever we have questions or concerns, and we feel very taken care of.

Headlights I bmw was in to get the headlights recalibrated after being repaired at a body shop after hitting a deer. Kevin was very prompt and also noticed we had other services due and was able to complete them also.
Needed to Replace My Totaled Car Luther Park Place Motor Cars slsm listened to my needs and quickly found the car I needed. The people were courteous and the paperwork was easy to go through.
Efficient Service Visit Had scheduled mileage service plus oil change. Service needs discussed when I dropped it off. Performed service within an hour. Liked new notifications by text message. Washed car as well.
Quick, listened well, and followed up Mac did a wonderful job of helping me price out what was best for me at the moment. He also followed up afterwards with a question I had after leaving. He didn't in any way talk down or make me feel bad for having to push back routine maintenance based on budget and I greatly appreciated that. The attitude of the vehicle service staff is a main reason I continue to come to park place any time I need something.
New car with trade in My husband and i had a great experience working with DJ. He went above and beyond to find the perfect car for our family. Great job DJ!
Great service. Friendly customer service. I drive from Winona so I do appreciate the prompt service I receive. Just wish the last visit they would have made sure all the parts were received from Germany that were needed to fix my car. One part is missing and need to come back again a third time. Otherwise very pleasant people and very apologetic.
