Oil change and code checks. Very friendly service. With me every step of the way from notifying me of appointment times, service, and when vehicle is ready. Along with an emailed invoice showing services and results. Happy to answer an questions no matter how small.
Top notch service Received a notice of a recall on my BMW, stopped in to visit with Kevin, who provided exceptional service. He promptly got parts for my vehicle and scheduled my appointment in a timely manner. Day of my appointment, the shuttle driver provided a great friendly experience on my way to work. The staff also provided detailing of my vehicle prior to picking it up. Very impressed with the service and experience
A Drive Easy Claim Needed help with a Drive Easy Claim, although they weren't familiar with it, they called in with the Claim #, and got it done right away.
Will definitely be back! Everything was seamless from start to finish. Not only did the process seem so easy the employees were so nice and great to work with. The general Manager Brad helped us get set up with the right sales person for our needs and we ended up working with Brandon. He was so polite and knew the product front and back and was able to point out all of the new features of the vehicle. we will definitely be back when my lease is up! Thanks again!
Sound fixed on my BMW Amazing customer service to get my car in and out. They had a shuttle service to take me so I could go eat. I was so impressed with them. Strongly recommend them. Thank you so much for getting the car up and going.

100% satisfied. Called Kevin on a Friday for an oil change the following week. Got an answering machine, but he called back in a timely manner and we set up an appointment the following Tuesday, which was the earliest time I would have been able to bring the car in.
