Awesome experience James the sales manager and Tim the salesman were outstanding. We live in Burnsville and had a poor experience with Bloomington motor Works. We called this dealership and had a brand new car delivered to us in four days. Tim brought the car up to us and our most convenient time he also stayed and gave my wife a detailed tutorial of the new technologies in the X5. New Audi Q7 Overall great experience. Worked with Demetrius who was knowledgeable and professional. Process was very smooth with little of the usual prolonged wait times that car buying usually entails.
5 star service dept I have to drive 75 miles to have my BMVV serviced and I'm alvvays greeted promptly vvhen I arrive. Kevin Pose does a fine job initiating the service appt. and the shuttle drivers are courteous, friendly & prompt. The mechanics alvvays do a fine job.
No pain purchase My wife and I hate car shopping but have found a gem of a dealership. We have purchased two cars at Luther Park Place Motor Cars in the past three years and we will come to Luther first when we shop for another new car in September.
