Service Service was quick and thorough. Received explanation about what service would be needed next. Shuttle service was very efficient. We have been very pleased with Park Place.
Routine service Routine service took 90 mins as I was advised, I remained in the pleasant waiting area, Good coffee and snacks! Jeff notified me when service was done.
Josh Kern Rocks! Came in fpr an oil change at 7am pn 3/7/29. Josh was covering for several service advisor's. His attitude was welcoming and helpful. He explqined everything well.

Amazing Service! I purchased my VW Beetle in the cities at another dealership and it was the worst customer service ever. A few months later I had to have some service done and decided I wanted to try my local dealership in Rochester and what a difference, I just couldn't believe the level of professionalism, (even though I was a bit testy initially) LOL I will not go anywhere else and highly recommend Luther Park Place to anyone. Great checkin but disappointed at pickup Usually car is cleaned at these expensive 10000 mile checks. Was not. Disappointing. The price for a 10000 mile required check is not inexpensive so this added cleaning was a nice touch. Sad to see it gone now.
Kevin was awesome Kevin was amazingly helpful. He listened to what issues I was having, was up-front about what the costs would be, and gave it to me straight about how long the repair could take. Would definitely recommend Kevin to any other BMW owner.
