Love my Tiguan! Love Luther Park Place Motors! Samir in Sales went above and beyond by greeting me in the parking lot during a snow storm! He spent a lot of time researching the inventory and then suggested a great match that I love! I just drove through the lot by chance and had never even heard of a VW Tiguan! Recall repair Park Place was very accommodating with my scheduling needs. I had to reschedule once because of the weather. They were efficient in completing the work. What impresses the most is how friendly and informative they were at each step.
Used car purchase follow up When I purchased our new used car from Park Place their were a few minor things they needed to do, such as program a second key. That's what this visit was for, it was all taken care of in a timely matter and everyone I worked with was very accommodating as far as getting a loaner car and letting us know when it would be completed. Thank you!

Service with a Smile Great job communicating to me and keeping me up to date on what is going on. Staff were friendly and car was clean when I arrived to pick it up. I feel that these guys are all honest and do not take advantage of the customer. They provide suggestions and do not coerce you to but things that are not necessary. Great job!

Excellent and Responsive Stranded in Rochester with a broken starter on a 2018 X3 with less than 5k miles on it. Park Place was incredible in finding the part and getting in in and me on the road quickly.
