Great work by BMW TEAM Kevin always does a great job of making sure you are well taken care of and never gives a run around he's straight to the point. That's what I love!!! He is always friendly and respectful as well. Always nice to see and talk to Sam as well. He is the one that sold me my car.
Long distance help I got off a 9hr red eye flight with two kids, one of whom had food poisoning and vomiting when my car developed a flat tire. I was 90 minute drive from home and the snow was coming down. At a loss, I called Joshua for advice and he was great. He was thoughtful and respectful and helped me make the decisions I needed to get home safely. THANK YOU!!!!
Great customer service Tim and James went above and beyond when a BMW factory recall resulted in my new car suddenly being unavailable. They not only spent a ton of extra time to find me a new one but took on the payments for my old lease until I could get a new one. Great service!
