RecommendedI have about four cars from Orr BMW. I keep going back because the sales experience is always an excellent one. And I can’t say enough good things about Ronny and his team. My wife and I just purchased our new BMW X3. I would like to say to all the people working at this facility That y’all make a very bad situation turn into a pleasant experience. Great experience. The buying experience was pretty good but the post buying experience has been tremendous. The corporate office in Texarkana called to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The or people have checked numerous times to make sure I am pleased with the vehicle and the process. I was happy enough. I was having recalls taken care of. The only thing I don’t like is people sitting in my car with it running wasting gas on AC when the car ain’t moving. For an hour and a half (i had it all turned off and when i got back in it was on full blast and it was cold outside too) It’s just rude. But everything was done and I had absolutely no issues with that at all.
