RecommendedI recently purchased a used Land Rover from Orr BMW. My service during the sale was wonderful, salesman & manager was very attentive, gave me a good price on the car I bought and was fair on my trade. The finance manager was also very friendly and was super fast with my paperwork. However the service after the sale was less then what is expect whether purchasing a new vehicle or a used vehicle. RecommendedI've had my BMW for 2 years and it's the best service department I've ever worked with. I normally dread taking my car in but after having a flat tire with 2 littles and a husband out of town I had to do it. Mark went above and beyond to get my car fixed up and kept me informed every step of the way. He even picked up my car and delivered it back to me! Thank you Mark!
