We were on our way from South Carolina to Plano, Texas when we developed car trouble with our BMW X5. We hit the BMW Assist button, and after talking with the powers that be, were told to carefully get to the closest BMW dealership. That happened to be ORR BMW in Shreveport, La. Service was great when I bought the car but whenever a issue comes up not even after 8 weeks having the car they don't feel like they should repair it. (I promise you this car is so clean we checked everything on the car to make sure you are satisfied). Lol thanks for the lies!!
