Service satisfying to a Tee At first I hesitated to take my Ford Escape to Zeigler for service since it was not a car sold by Zeigler. But because I had bought Zeigler products for years (Mercury, Lincoln) and used they`r service department, I eventually took the Ford to them. There was no difficulty whatsoever because it was not a model they sell. Service was prompt and thorough-totally satisfactory.

Great experience From the moment we arrived at the dealership you felt welcome. Jason was our salesman and he took good care of us. He gave us information on the car we were looking at and we dame back the next morning and we drive our new car home before 3:00pm. Great people here!!! Will tell everyone about our great experience!
Under Construction The staff should have more accommodating since the dealership was under construction to expand to sell other carlines & the customer had to go to other buildings to use the bathroom.
Service experience. The service staff was very helpful when I returned my car to fix a prior service problem. It was handled quickly and in one day, thanks !
