Great service in the midst of remodeling! I have always had my service done by Ziegler where I bought the car in 2008. I have consistently been happy with the service done by Ziegler's. My Lincoln MKZ has had its ups and downs with needed service. A recent visit found a sensor was needed for the driver's airbags. I certainly did not know what the word "sensor" meant. I always feel as if I am given the special attention I need.

Great buying experience! Bought a 2015 Lincoln MKX and love every minute we have with it. It is a great car to drive, incredible to ride in, and beautiful to look at. An outstanding purchase for a car where every detail was well thought out! Staff at Zeigler were wonderful, starting with our "Advisor" Jason to the Manager, Matt. Everyone was patient and accommodating but best of all, they let the car sell itself! Great overall experience that only got better each day we drive it!

Classy Service from purchase to ongoing service I purchased an MKZ hybrid. Very class service from purchase to after care--- and I love the free car washes---I use them often to keep my car looking good. I feel like I could go in anytime with a question. I would purchase form Kalamazoo Zeigler again
