Good service. Nice waiting area for customers. In late 2013 I purchased a 2012 Lincoln MKX. I am enjoying the vehicle very much. As usual, the service was very good. I was told it would take about an hour and they were right on the money. The service manager reviewed what they had done and informed me of future things which may need to be done. You have an excellent service department.

Service repairs George Burrell is your most valuable asset! He is very accomodating, is quick to give a good explanation of the issues at hand and to also expedite action! As for work completed, I do not feel any difference, so I do not know if that is good or "not so much"?! I love my MKX and the wonderful ride that it provides. Harold Zeigler Service Review My MKZ is the best vehicle I've owned and the service provided by the Harold Zeigler staff is amazing! They are very friendly, helpful, and I truly believe they realize that everyone's time is valuable. And, I love their honesty!!! I went in and told them I needed new brakes and several other things done. Instead of just replacing the brakes, they told me I didn't need new brakes yet. Great customer service Due to the Artic weather, my 2007 Taurus needed a new alternator. The price was reasonable and the service was timely. What I really appreciated was the shuttle service in the morning and in the afternoon when the car was done.
