However, Patti Kupfer walked in and greeted me warmly and was awesome to work with. She kept me apprised of what was going on at all times. "Autohaus BMW customer service is above and beyond" I have relocated to Florida and still use Autohaus of Maplewood for BMW service and parts. We still own our home in the Saint Louis area. Before selecting Florida, we traveled to and explored San Francisco, Reno / Carson City (NV), Dallas / Ft Worth / Houston (TX), and Tampa / Sarasota (FL). "Chris Clem is the best. " I always get the service I need and Chris lets me know what is going to be due 6 months out. I can call Chris by phone and he always answers with my name and fits me in that works with my schedule. Good news or bad news he never sugar coats anything.
