"So far so great..." Autohaus BMW is legitimately about their business. No hassle during the purchase and sold on the service side as well, which is really what matters. The Autohaus experience is a real thing.
"Service appointment" Excellent service, as always. Anytime Mr. Krysiak is the service advisor, it always goes well! You want quality work? Go to Autohaus. Their attention to detail, from the moment you arrive to your car freshly washed and clean, is remarkable.
"Great service as always" Chris is a pro and always makes my service experience a pleasant one. Chris' service experience is part of the reason I continue to own a BMW.
"Cool, Calm and Collected." That's Chris Clem, my service advisor. AC not working due to user error but Chris got me in on short notice and will take care of routine maintenance while the car is there. I am a long-time customer of Autohaus Mini and now four years with Autohaus BMW. Chris is consistently calm, knowledgeable, and does more than expected. I could go to a BMW dealer much closer to home but I know that Chris and Autohaus will take excellent care of my 328d wagon. Thanks so much!
"Repair" I've been coming to this location for almost 4 years and the service has always been outstanding from the time I arrive. Ms. Patti Kupfer is my service advisor and she is awesome! She always provide great recommendations and the outcomes have always been positive. There is a BMW dealership less than 5 miles where I live (IL) but I choose to drive 20 miles to this location (STL) for the great service.
"Service after the Sale" Being I just purchased my X5 and like most things now days that use software I had problems with it, a miss communications on both sides caused the problem on my service date. After losing my cool not only did Joe Emerson and Steve Emerson (both in sales) jump though hoops the General Manager jumped in to help clean up a mess all due to lack of communications. "Awesome service" Linda in service is by far the most professional and kind employee to work with. I always call her directly as my advisor. She always gets me in and out as fast as possible! She’s a pleasure to work with and knows her clients so well-She puts a smile on our faces.
"Best customer service" We all hate getting the service bill at a BMW dealer, but it is so less painful when you get a great and knowledgeable advisor. Linda is such a pleasant person. You pay that high bill with a smile on your face. Lol.
"Superior Service" Autohaus always amazes me as far as their customer service. Top notch! The Service Dept are full of knowledgeable, honest, and personable people! Chris Clem is a great tech and always goes above and beyond what customers COULD expect!
