"Great service as usual!" I went in for new tires, ended up getting an oil service as well. It was the same great service I always get, in spite of the fact that they're working in trailers during building construction.

"Outstanding service again!" I have been working with Patti Kupfer for years. She has always been most professional and knowledgeable about our 750 LxM. I scheduled a service appointment and even in their temporary office, due to the construction, she was on target as usual! Also made my door ding go away! She is good at asking questions regarding the car and helped me do some extra work beyond the normal scheduled warranty service. So once again it was a great service experience! Bob

"BMW 530xi" Very good experience. The team was great to work with inspite of the their temporary living quarters. The purchase on boarding process was awesome. They spent a good amount of time explaining features and capabilities.

"Customer care comes first " On this visit I had a flat tire. Upon learning that my tire was not under warranty,I was visibly annoyed. However Patti’s pleasant disposition was able to deescalate my frustration. They are not the least expensive but Patti consistently gives great customer service.
