I can't say enough good things about my experiences with the service center at Autohaus! From the ease of making an appointment; the friendly greeting when I pull up; as well as the quick check in process to get me back on the road with a loaner car. It's all top notch. Mike Crader kept me informed on the status of the work completed. I am definitely a customer for life.
I took my car in due to warning lights appearing. Not only was that problem taken care of, but since it is approaching the end of the CPO warranty, they looked it over carefully and took care of a couple of small oil leaks I wasn't even aware of.
As part of the excellent sales and service programs at Autohaus BMW, a buyer of a BMW is encouraged to return in a month or so after purchasing a car to review with a BMW Genius the technology options on the car. When I came to drop off my car I was welcomed by Chris Glem. Initially I was worried because my car's CPO had expired and I didn't think I would get the full benefits of being covered. Chris instantly set me up with a very nice loaner vehicle. Chris is extremely professional and listened to everything I said about the car. i was updated everyday about the status of my car, and the car runs better than ever. Great service experience. I worked with Patti Kupfer again. She has really great personal service, calls all the time to keep me updated on the status of the service of my car. All work was done in a timely manner and everything was fully explained to me and why we needed to do something or why we could wait to do something.
During my purchase of my vehicle I worked with Mr. Renard Lasane. He was exceptionally friendly and patient. He made sure I was satisfied with my purchase he didn't rush me at all. He was very prompt in delivering service whether through email or in person. He was a very polite and professional sells person. He was attentive to my needs going over and beyond. I've been coming to Autohaus and working with my salesperson Bob Dedert for over 10 years. The respectful approach to my process of evaluating and deciding on which car and purchase plan is best for me has been great. I've stayed with them because of the quality of the car as well as the people.
The thing that struck me most about Brett is how laid back he is. He in no way personifies the 'typical care salesman'. He is very professional, and gave me the time and space I needed to make the purchase I wanted.
