After I bought my 335is i was directed to Chris as a SA as he was recomended by one of the delivery people as someone who understands performance cars. He was deliberate, very communicative and honest about what they thought the problem with the engine faults were. I have dealt with Chris Clem almost entirely at Autohaus because of his expertise. When I describe a problem with my auto he can diagnose the issue and propose a solution. This knowledge has prevented me from being stranded on some long trips I have made. I have recommended Chris Clem to those people I know who have BMWs. Brett and the Autohaus team made my purchase a great experience. I enjoyed the fact that the car I was looking at was ready to go, I did not get put into a different model like some other dealers try to do. I have purchased several BMWs at various dealerships. This is my 8th BMW. While most of those experiences have been professional and pleasant, I have a new favorite dealership and Sales person. Bob is very friendly and helpful! Not a hint of pushiness or arrogance. This dealership is over 2 hours from my home. So why do I pass-up the 3 BMW dealerships near my home? Everyone at Autohaus is extremely courteous and professional. My 2006 Z4M is old, but very low mileage. Linda Schaeffer and her Tech (#196) performed a thorough inspection of the car, then recommended and performed only those services that were necessary, even though I was suggesting some unnecessary expenses, like tires. Linda's personalized service is the reason I will only let Autohaus touch my car. Satisfied again!
Ethan Krysiak identified a mistake in a previous visit and honored the repair. My car just went out of warranty. A previous visit was in december. The repair should have happened in december.
We've been using the Autohaus Service Department the past couple years and we just bought our first car from them. Everything went smooth. Gina, Eric and Rick are fantastic. Love Autohaus!
This was an out-of-town purchase. Looking at used cars on a website can be tricky but the X5 we purchased was exactly as represented. Brett Midgley was extremely professional and completely accommodating to our needs. I was only in town for one day (Saturday) so it required getting everything knocked out in an afternoon. The whole experience took less than 2 hours and we couldn't be happier. Would definitely purchase from Brett and Autohaus again. Thank you.
